Formulated to be mixed with All Purpose Inks (AP) to provide a raised or elevated effect. Puff Additive Creates a puff ink. Surface is rougher than a suede puff. Use 10-15% additive. If you have PCs (pigment concentrates) they can be added to the base to create colors.
