I am tax exempt but keep getting charged taxes

Please submit copy of sales exempt license on file for State of Colorado and City of Denver (if applicable) to sales@mtnscreenprintingsupplies.com. Once received, your account will be marked as tax exempt and you will no longer be charged sales tax on tax exempt items.

Do you accept International orders

International orders are not accepted at this time.

What are Pickup Hours

Pick up orders are processed between the hours of 9am-5pm MST and require 2 hours to process. Shipping will be closed between 12pm-1pm MST for lunch; orders called in during this time will not be processed until the end of lunch.

What payment methods are accepted

PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and cash for customer pickups.

How do I return a shipment

Send an email to sales@mtnscreenprintingsupplies.com or call 720-746-9075 within 5 business days of receiving the order. Please provide the order number/invoice number and the reason for the return. A Return Authorization Number will be issued once the return is approved.

My shipment is damaged, what do I do

Notify the driver and contact us immediately through email at sales@mtnscreenprintingsupplies.com or call 720-746-9075. Please have the order number/invoice number and a description of the damage, pictures would also be helpful, available.

How do I obtain tracking information

You can log into our Web site and go to My Account; once there select the My Orders tab and click on the order you want to track and you will see at the right of the page a link to track your shipment.
