Payment: PayPal can be used to pay for orders for convenience or your credit card can be used at the Check-Out Process.
Please note you do not need a PayPal Account if paying by PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
All payments are processed before orders ship.
Prices: All prices are subject to change without notice.
Transit Time: Some items may ship from a different location effecting transit time.
Sales Tax & Tax Exemption
Colorado and City of Denver residents/businesses will be charged sales tax on all purchases in accordance to State and local sales tax laws,
unless we have a tax exempt form on file. Please email us at

to submit a tax exempt form.
Return Policy
Defects, shortages and exceptions are required to be reported to us within 5 days. If an item is to be returned please contact us at
sales@mtnscreenprintingsupplies.com or call 720-746-9075 and provide us with order/invoice number,
item to be returned and reason. There are no returns after 15 days of invoicing. Returns must be approved and assigned an RMA before returning.
NO return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, unregistered, in original packaging, and include all packing material,
blank warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
There may be no exchanges or refunds of software, equipment, opened consumables, non-stock items, or special order items unless there is a
pertinent issue that may not be addressed and resolved. This includes cut squeegees and cut vinyl.
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Shipping
Method: Shipping and handling rates are based on order weight, size and shipping address. We are not responsible for
carrier errors. You must report all damage to the delivery carrier. If creating or special packaging is required for proper shipping, customer will be charged
accordingly.
Free Freight: MTN offers Free Shipping on orders over $99. Free shipping does not apply to clearance items, sale items,
non-stocking, oversized or equipment items and applies only to the 48 continuous states.
Cut-Off Time: Orders need to be placed by 3 PM MST to ship the same day. Any order placed after
3 PM MST may not ship until the following day.
